OpenVZ consists of a kernel, user-level tools and VE templates. Kernel and tools are needed to install OpenVZ, and templates are needed to create VEs.

Directory /current contains symlinks to all the latest kernel, utilities and template metadata for easier download.

Yum repository

If you are using yum, you can add openvz yum repository by putting openvz.repo file to your /etc/yum.repos.d/ directory. For more info, see wiki:Yum.

GPG signatures

Note that all RPM packages from OpenVZ project should be signed by our GPG key. You can get the public key from here, here, here or here and import it to your RPMDB using rpm --import filename command. For more info, see wiki:Package signatures.

Mirrors

OpenVZ software is available from a number of mirrors. If you want to host an mirror of download.openvz.org, see wiki:Setting up a mirror for further info.
